    The Linkhorn at Four Sails Resort offers a spacious and comfortable retreat with beautiful views of Linkhorn Bay. Here are the key features of the Linkhorn Penthouse:

    • Two Oceanfront Bedrooms: The penthouse features two large oceanfront bedrooms, each equipped with two queen-size beds. Guests can enjoy stunning ocean views from the large windows in each bedroom.
    • Two Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms in the penthouse—one with a double whirlpool tub for relaxation and another with a regular bathtub/shower for convenience.
    • Living Room with Sofa Bed: The living room includes a pull-out queen-size sofa, providing additional sleeping space for guests. This area also features a large oceanfront balcony, perfect for enjoying the coastal scenery.
    • Dining Area: A large dining table with chairs is situated in front of the kitchen area, offering a space for family meals and gatherings.
    • Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is complete with a two-burner stove and oven, microwave, full refrigerator, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include a blender, can opener, toaster, coffee maker (please note, coffee is not provided), and all necessary dishes and utensils.
    • Entertainment Options: Flat-screen televisions are provided in both bedrooms and the living room, along with a DVD player in the living room for guest entertainment.
    • Maximum Occupancy: The Linkhorn Penthouse comfortably accommodates up to six adults and two children, making it an excellent choice for larger families or groups.

    • Modifications: Changes to length of stay or travel dates may result in a rate change. Non-refundable reservations cannot be modified.
    • Check-In Requirements: Valid photo ID and the credit card used to secure the reservation are required at check-in.
    • Special Requests: Requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in and are not guaranteed.
    • Fraudulent/Erroneous Reservations: We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations that appear fraudulent or made in error.
    • Reservation Summary: Final totals are estimates; additional charges, fees, or taxes may apply during your stay.

    No-Show Policy:

    • Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card or deposit at the time of booking.
    • Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show.
    • All no-shows are treated as non-refundable. The full amount of the reservation (or deposit, if applicable) will be forfeited.
    • The hotel reserves the right to release the room(s) for the remainder of the stay.
