    Located on the top floor, the Chesapeake Penthouse provides a bright and airy coastal escape. With two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and multiple viewpoints, you’ll enjoy sweeping oceanfront sunrises and vibrant city sunsets from one memorable space.

    • Modifications: Changes to length of stay or travel dates may result in a rate change. Non-refundable reservations cannot be modified.
    • Check-In Requirements: Valid photo ID and the credit card used to secure the reservation are required at check-in.
    • Special Requests: Requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in and are not guaranteed.
    • Fraudulent/Erroneous Reservations: We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations that appear fraudulent or made in error.
    • Reservation Summary: Final totals are estimates; additional charges, fees, or taxes may apply during your stay.

    No-Show Policy:

    • Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card or deposit at the time of booking.
    • Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show.
    • All no-shows are treated as non-refundable. The full amount of the reservation (or deposit, if applicable) will be forfeited.
    • The hotel reserves the right to release the room(s) for the remainder of the stay.
