Ownership offers you an opportunity to spend your vacation at the Four Sails Resort, which is located on the Atlantic Ocean. There is nothing like going to bed with the sound of the waves or waking up and being able to look at the sun rising over the blue ocean water. Surprisingly, even a winter storm can be calming. Or, you may exchange your week with Resort Condominium International (RCI). We maintain high trading power with RCI, evidenced by the fact we have won the '95, '96 and '97 RCI Gold Crown Award! Keeping our standards high helps insure trading power for our owners. Four Sails Resort has 49 one-bedroom units (each sleeps 4 with a privacy of 4); 3 two-bedroom units (sleeps 6 with a privacy of 6); and 3 penthouse units, the Atlantic (sleeps 6, privacy of 4), the Linkhorne (sleeps 6, privacy of 4) and the Chesapeake (sleeps 6, privacy of 6). Our weeks start with Friday, Saturday or Sunday check-ins. Maintenance fees for 2003 are $300.00 for a one- bedroom and $410.00 for a two bedroom. Four Sails is deeded property -- NOT A VACATION CLUB. As deeded property, this timeshare property has the same characteristics as normal real estate property. We suggest a lawyer handle the transaction. A Resale Certificate must be issued by the resort at the time of the sale. .

The resort staff will be glad to answer general questions about our property. Just e-mail us regarding the unit and week that interest you and we will forward that information to the current owner. They will contact you and you may negotiate the purchase with them. This information will be sent only to the unit owners that you have specified.
