All units feature one bedroom suites with oceanfront balconies, queen or a king size bed, whirlpool tubs, queen size sleeper sofa, equipped kitchens, flat screen televisions in both living and bedroom and a DVD player.We honor 10% discount for AAA & RCI members and the Four Sails honors a 10% “Wisdom” discount for folks 60 years of age and up.
- Only one discount to apply per visit. (AAA, Weekly or Wisdom).
- Weekday = Sun-Thur. Weekend = Fri-Sat. Weekly = 7 Nights.
- Weekly rates are discounted no other discounts apply.
- The Four Sails is a family property. We don't allow parties.
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
- Children 17 and under are free in parents room.
- One nights room rate required for advance deposit.
- When sending a check for advance deposit, please indicate date of arrival All major credit cards honored.
- Cancellations are required 72 hours prior to arrival date for full refund of deposit.
- Additional adults are $10.00 extra per night.
- Cribs are free & rollaway beds are $10.00 per night (upon availability).
- Check in time is after 3:00 p.m.
- Check out time is before 11:00 a.m.
- Guest's requests for specific room or floor are not guaranteed (we will make every effort to meet your request).
- One free parking space per unit.
- 13% sales tax plus $1.00 occupancy tax per night (not included in room rate).
